What I Love About It:
It has got simple instructions and there is a preface where she explains the ingredients with pictures alike a dictionary for the ones who don't know how to cook. It's also quite precise with photos on the side as a step-by-step to getting to having the dish ready.
The dishes are of local and western. It contains recipes that I would consider as mind-boggling for amateur cooks like me where I have wondered where to learn them from as I don't over-think about what to have for dinner.
Very helpful. I was able to make Ikan Tiga Rasa and Daging Masak Halia for one sitting dinner under an hour and this was going through step by step and inclusive of thawing and preparation time.
It is fast cooking, easy to learn and straight forward. Highly recommend it!
